Windward Mall falls somewhere between Kahala Mall and Pearlridge on the shopping scale. Not terribly fancy, but not overrun with wannabe gangsters either. Notable for being the home of one of only two Arby's restaurants on O`ahu (unquestionably the one with better service), as well as of a popcorn stand that makes the best "hurricane" mixes on earth.
Visits are rare since it's on "the other side," but save for the slightly spooky food court, they're always pleasant experiences.
