The Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii held its annual "Splendor of China" festival (formerly the Taste of China) at the Neil Blaisdell Center in Honolulu on Oct. 8-9, 2005. Chinese arts and crafts, food booths, cultural displays, a fashion show and lion dances were included in the program.
