Heart Walk

On a recent Saturday morning, I got up at the crack of dawn and drove into Waikiki to participate in the American Heart Association's annual charity Heart Walk. After setting up and stretching out in Kapiolani Park, thousands flooded the streets around Diamond Head. Some free snacks and a Chinese lion dance close up the show. You can directly download the above Quicktime movie (.MOV) file or a larger version (320x240/96MB) here, courtesy the Internet Archive. For the iPod-optimized file (MP4/16MB) served up in the feed, click here.

Those giant inflateables look like tonnes of fun! And the kids doing the dragon dance are so talented.
