Historic

The old sewage pumping station on Ala Moana Boulevard at Keawe Street. Over a century old, it was designed by the same architect who designed the Moana Surfrider Hotel. Work finally began to restore it, with the newer, makeshift extension on the right demolished last week.

Brick

Supported the UH Alumni Association some two years ago by sponsoring a
brick in the "Legacy Path," the sidewalk on Dole Street. Finally, they're
putting it in on Saturday. And I got this miniature brick paperweight as a
token of their appreciation.
