IMR: Entries: DisclaimersWeb journals traditionally include a litany of warnings, caveats and exceptions. This one is no different. Disclaimers in effect include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Opinions expressed one day are subject to change at a later date.
- My writing represents only my biased views and my subjective interpretation of facts and events.
- If you know me in real life, you are still welcome to nose around, provided:
- You declare yourself.
- You forgive the fact that I will sometimes write something I should have said to you in person.
- You accept the fact that I will sometimes write something I would never be able to say to you in person.
- You let me know if anything I've written upsets you. While I will rarely remove it, I may add an endnote acknowledging your objections.
