The year 2000, when we were kids, seemed so far away. And from this year forward, any piece of history from the 1900s will seem so much older. I'm glad I'm around to see The Three Zeroes, to usher in the decade that the fun-minded among us will call The Naughties.
Fancy that. We're still here.
