I got my hands on an eye2 today and it's a great, flexible tool. Here's my first series of (unretouched) experimental shots. I shot a wooden radiator cover as source material, then displayed that photo on my laptop's screen and shot the display at close range, then displayed the resulting shot and shot it, and so on through five generations.

After the five radiator-cover shots is a pattern I got by shooting a color TV screen at about 3 inches (plus a point of reflected light from the room).

I'll be putting up processed versions of shots like these on unfurl.org, and submitting my favorite examples to this gallery.
